Shipping & Returns Policy
At Luvin Layers, we want your order to arrive safely and efficiently.
● Flat rate shipping: $5 per order.
● Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
● Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
● Delivery times are 3-5 business days in the USA and 7-10 business days to other countries depending on the shipping carrier and exactdestination.
● Luvin Layers is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Returns
We want you to love your Luvin Layers purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
● Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
● Items should be returned with original packaging when possible.
● Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
After 30 Days
Returns requested after the 30-day return period are not eligible for a refund. However, eligible items may qualify for store credit or a gift card.
Store credit or gift cards are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll work with you to make it right.
